Treatment Coordinator
Hi, my name is Robin, and I’m the treatment coordinator here at Johnson Orthodontics. I’m the person who guides you through your first appointments before starting treatment and explains what you can expect.
With more than 30 years of experience in orthodontics, I can help answer any questions you may have, from insurance to procedures.
My favorite part of orthodontics is watching the transformation to a great smile and having fun with our patients along the way.

Hi, I’m Kelly, your Financial Coordinator! I’m here to make the financial side of your orthodontic journey simple and stress-free by explaining your payment options and helping you find a plan that works best for your family.
Before joining the Smile Team, I spent more than 17 years in the insurance industry, where I developed a passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer service. As a mom of a Johnson Orthodontics patient, I’ve also experienced firsthand the outstanding care our team provides every day.
Originally from Delco, PA, my family and I are now proud to call Delaware home. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children, relaxing at the beach, and making memories with family and friends.
I look forward to meeting you and helping make your orthodontic experience as easy and enjoyable as possible!

Hi, my name is Daria, and I’m the Community Relations Coordinator. I find fun and creative ways to support our patients, connect with our community, and share the Johnson Orthodontics experience through social media, events, service projects, and sponsorships. I’m also mom to three beautiful girls, all of whom have been patients of Dr. Johnson.
I’ve witnessed firsthand their amazing smile transformations and have also experienced the friendly, caring atmosphere our team creates. I love helping make sure our patients and families feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Knowing what a wonderful team we have makes my job promoting the practice both easy and fun. I can honestly tell everyone I meet that Dr. Johnson and his Smile Team are truly the BEST!

Hi, my name is Katie and I’m one of the clinical assistants here at Johnson Orthodontics! I was born and raised right here in Delaware, and I love being so close to the beach. My chocolate Lab, Bentley, is a pretty big fan of the beach too!
I’ve always been interested in dentistry, and finding my way into orthodontics has been such a great fit. I love the fun, welcoming atmosphere at Johnson Orthodontics and feel so lucky to be part of the Smile Team. Every day brings something new, and my favorite part is getting to know our patients and being part of their smile journey.
When I’m not at the office, I love to travel and explore new places, especially anywhere tropical! I’m so happy to be part of the Johnson Orthodontics family and can’t wait to help make your orthodontic experience a great one!

Hi, my name is Jackie, and I’m a clinical assistant. I have sixteen years of experience in the dental field, nine of which have been in orthodontics. From day one, I fell in love with this specialty, and I get so much joy out of helping people achieve the smile of their dreams!
My husband and I are from Baltimore, Maryland. We loved coming to the Delaware beaches so much that we decided to make the move. I’m so happy at my new home here at Johnson Orthodontics, and I cannot wait to help you with your smile journey!

Hello, my name is Annie. I’m a former elementary school teacher, and my family moved to Delaware from Wisconsin. My youngest son was a patient of Dr. Johnson, and I was blown away by the exceptional care and treatment he received. I was so impressed with Dr. Johnson, his wonderful team, and his beautiful office that I’m thrilled to now be part of the Smile Team myself!
I'm a mom to six wonderful children and a yellow lab who loves to swim in the ocean. I enjoy taking photographs, scrapbooking, watching movies, and exploring all the great trails in the area. I look forward to getting to know you better and helping you as you move through your smile journey!

Hi, my name is Shelbi, and I’m a clinical assistant. I moved here from Germany a little over a year ago and am excited to begin studying biochemistry at the University of Delaware.
I enjoy helping people, and my favorite part of working at Johnson Orthodontics is interacting with all our wonderful patients! When not at the office, you can usually find me watching TV and snuggling with my yellow lab, Paisley.

Hi, my name is Kaylen, and I’m a clinical assistant. I’m originally from Maryland, but I’ve lived all over Delmarva and recently relocated here to Sussex County. I’ve been a certified orthodontic assistant since 2018 and my favorite part of what I do is getting to know the patients.
I especially love seeing how much the kids grow up during the course of their treatment! When not at work (or at Starbucks!), I enjoy trying out local restaurants, spending time at the beach, and most of all, making memories with my daughter. I look forward to working with you soon!

Hi, my name is Marykate, and I’m a clinical assistant. I’ve worked in orthodontics for about three years and have enjoyed growing my skills! After receiving treatment as a teenager, I experienced first-hand the confidence boost that comes with a new smile! I love being a part of a patient’s journey to that satisfying moment when they’ve achieved the smile of their dreams.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my husband and little girl. Driving on the beach and enjoying the beautiful Delaware coast is one of our favorite things to do! I also enjoy trying new restaurants and exploring (near or far)! I can’t wait to see you smile!

My husband and I moved from the Philadelphia area with our two beautiful boys in 2021 after vacationing here for years. We all enjoy the beach, biking, and fishing. I look forward to meeting you and watching your smile journey!
